Terms of Service

Simple terms for using this site.

Everything published here is shared so it can be used. Read it, quote it, argue with it, build on it - credit the source and do not present unfinished work as your own finished thinking.

Much of what is on this site is explicitly in progress. Ideas are dated, states change and earlier versions stay visible. Treat it as thinking in the open, not as professional, legal, financial or medical advice.

Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the interactive parts of the site, and do not submit anything unlawful or harmful through the forms.

Generated responses come from an AI model working over my own published material. They can be wrong. Check anything that matters before acting on it.

These terms can change as the site changes. The current version is always the one on this page.
