Why it exists

A project list without states is a highlight reel.

This one shows what is alive, what is paused and what I stopped.

Projects are the evidence layer of everything else on this site.

Each one keeps the question it is currently holding.

Killing a project well is a skill. Letting it drift is not.

A paused project should say what would restart it.

Each build page carries purpose, state, latest update, collaborators and related work.

Killed projects stay published.
