Newsletter
Occasional letters from the system.
A slow dispatch: current questions, useful discoveries, and what has actually moved.
Subscribers receive chapters of The Book as they release.
Why it exists
Not everything belongs on a page, and not everyone wants to check a site.
The letter is for people who want the work to find them instead.
Core idea
Send only when there is something worth someone's attention.
No cadence theatre, no engagement tactics.
Evidence
What gets sent:
How I think about it
An unopened newsletter is a small weekly insult. I would rather send less.
The unsubscribe link should be as easy to find as the subject line.
How it works
Your email is used for the letter and nothing else. It is never sold.
Nothing on this site requires an email before it gives you something.

Questions and tensions
Fact: The only active subscription on this site is The Book's chapter release list.
Interpretation: Email is still the most respectful channel available.
Experiment: Sending irregularly, only when the work has moved.
Ambition: A letter people are glad arrived.
