Why it exists
The same six questions arrive every month. Answering them once frees the conversation for better ones.
It also makes it clear what I do not do.
Core idea
Is Night School free? Yes, always, and open to all.
Do I take on advisory or build work? Yes, selectively - start at Work With Me with a specific question.
Is what I submit here private? Yes. Submissions are private by default and are not sold.
How current is this? Everything carries a date, and the Log records what changed.

How I think about it
If a question keeps coming back, the site is unclear somewhere. The answer here is a patch, not a fix.
I would rather say no clearly than maybe politely.
How it works
Answers are dated and updated rather than silently rewritten.
If your question is not here, the Brain will answer from published material, and I will answer the rest.
